1. Use of the platform

a. Eligibility:

- You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use the platform.

b. User Account:

- In order to use certain features of the platform, you may be required to create a user account.

- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary.

c. Prohibited Conduct:

- You agree not to engage in any conduct that may violate these Terms, infringe upon the rights of others, or harm the Company or its users.

- This includes, but is not limited to, the following: using the platform for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose; interfering with the operation or security of the platform; uploading or transmitting any viruses, malware, or other harmful code; attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform or any related systems or networks; or engaging in any fraudulent activity or impersonating another person or entity.

2. Intellectual Property

- The platform, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by the Company and is protected by intellectual property laws.

- You acknowledge and agree that UNION FXS retains all rights, title, and interest in the platform and its associated intellectual property.

3. Privacy Policy

The collection and use of your personal information through the platform are governed by our Privacy Policy.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

a. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

b. UNION FXS does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information or content available through the platform.

c. UNION FXS disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

5. Registration

When doing the Registration at UNION FXS, make sure you MUST complete all the necessary requirements documents before you can continue to the next step. Required documents such as ID (KTP), Savings Cover and Bank Account Details.

6. Account Type

a. After you complete the registration, you can choose the type of account you are interested in UNION FXS

b. Once you receive your account, you are allowed to make Deposits to your wallet.

7. Deposit Transaction

a. All deposit transactions must be transferred with the EXACT amount and added with the unique code provided during the Deposit Request Process in your platform.

b. If the transferred deposit does not match with the amount stated in your platform, this will slow you down in making the Deposit process, because the Deposit process will be delayed because it does not match. Make sure that the amount you deposit is EXACT the amount appears on your platform when making a Deposit Request or we will NOT Process your Deposit request.

Example:

If you want to make a Deposit of IDR 5,000,000 on your platform, a unique number will appear, it means that you must also include it in the transfer process.

Deposit: IDR 5,000,000

Unique Number: 123

The amount to be transferred is: IDR 5,000,123

c. Make sure that you make a Deposit Request first before you doing a Deposit transfer.

d. All deposit transactions that are considered Good Fund are deposit transactions that have entered our bank account, even though you have provided proof of transfer to us and have not entered our bank account, these transactions have not been referred to as a Good Fund transaction.

8. Withdrawal Transaction

For the Withdrawal Process, all data must be completely filled in first Registration, such as ID, Savings Cover and Name must match what is stated in the Customer's Bank Account. We do this to verify that the account is really yours or we have the right to delay the Withdrawal process until you complete all the requirements.

9. Miscellaneous

The Customer agrees that the Company has a right to suspend activity on the Customer trading account in case the Company has any suspicion that the Customer trading account is used for money-laundering or the Customer has provided deliberately false information. Once the operations are suspended, the Company shall conduct the investigation that may include examination of the account registration data and the trading account depositing history, identification of the Customer, etc. The Customer agrees that the Company has the right to initiate investigation, if it has reasons to suspect that the Customer has traded on the account in violation of the present Agreement.

The Customer acknowledges, that in conformity with anti-money laundering policy, the Company has a right to request the details of the bank account open under the name of the Customer, imposing the limitations on funds' withdrawal from the account only through bank transfer with the specified bank details. In case of the Customer refusal to submit the bank details the Company is entitled to put on hold all operations with the trading account until provided with the required information.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of any third party.

12. Modification

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. We recommend checking these terms from time to time.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the use of the platform and supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, or understandings, whether oral or written.
